"The Flat Tire" is the capstone project from another amazing group in our 2026 San Antonio program at Bexar County Correctional. This film is what happens when young creators take control of their own narratives.

Through our trauma-informed curriculum, this student crew applied everything they learned about script writing, storyboarding, and direction to bring their unique vision to life. By managing the crew and talent, setting up the lighting, and taking charge of post-production, they did more than make a movie. They took their personal experiences from the invisible to the visible, proving the incredible power of human connection through art.
